Unlock the full potential of your web camera with Webcam Surveyor. With this program you can easily record videos, take pictures with his camera to record a sequence of images into a video file with a time interval from 1 second to 59 hours. Built-in motion detector will allow you to monitor your home or office in your absence, and feature Motion Capture (capture moves) will save you time and disk space by recording only the frames with the motion. Webcam Surveyor also supports advanced video compression algorithms, such as DivX, Mpeg4, Mjpeg, etc. The integrated file manager helps you organize the resulting images and videos.
Key features:
Video recording with sound - With modern video compression algorithms Webcam Surveyor can record video with sound for a few hours.
Capture Image Sequence - Allows you to record images at a specified interval of time in the format of JPEG, PNG, BMP, or create video in AVI.
Motion Detector - allows you to set different actions of the program, if motion is detected.
Motion capture (capture moves) - Used in conjunction with a motion detector, you can record a video file only those frames in which motion is detected.
Notification via e-mail - if motion is detected, the program will send a message with attached pictures.
FTP notification - Download images to a remote server. Even if the record will be broken by someone, and files deleted from your computer, you can always see who did it.
Other warning - if motion is detected then you can use other warning: sound, run another program, open URL and write a sequence of images with an interval of time.
Quiet mode - allows you to hide the program on your computer and control it with the help of hot keys. This will make the video in the presence of undesirable persons, or to find out what happens to your computer in your absence.
Password protection - will not use the program in your absence.
